I'm Steve, and my journey in technology began more than two decades ago in Arkansas, where I opened a part-time computer repair shop around 2002 while building a career in Corporate America.
That corporate technology experience sharpened the problem-solving skills I brought back to local clients. The business grew through honest handshakes and word of mouth.
I later stepped away from the workbench to become my mother's full-time caregiver during her battle with dementia. After her passing, I relocated to Conroe. Retirement was an option, but helping neighbours with technology was still the work I cared about.
